The question with C&R wood grain orientation became how to produce a wood ring with as perfect as possible inside diameter. An accurate outside diameter is easy to produce but once the center of the blank is cut out, the center point reference is lost. I devised the inside diameter sanding jig using my reciprocating spindle sander.
